4 day elk hunt! The 60l fit all my gear and was comfortable the whole hunt. It has been a great pack. Bought the 60l bag from Tuxapo.com and it works great on the same frame. Rain cover works great pockets are big so i got some smaller bags for my kill kit and emergency gear. Tough as nails stuff from Tuxapo and its quiet no squeaky joints like the badlands. Should last for years and years.

I’ve tested out a lot of high-end packs searching for something that does it all, comfortability, custom ability as far as fit goes, durability, quietness, and something that feels like a part of my body when it is on my back in the back country and this pack checks all those boxes and then some. This thing is durable! Not to forget the meat shelf it comes with which has a rather large carrying capacity and the ability to detach the 60l and be able to attach other size rucks from Tuxapo on to the frame depending on your hunt duration or style. The material it’s made of is extremely durable yet the quietness I have come across it doesn’t make much noise at all which is a huge advantage to me when hunting elk. This pack beats out any mystery ranch, kuiu, eberlestock, etc. pack that I have ever tested on my back and put through rigorous hunts don’t hesitate to buy it Tuxapo makes a killer hunting pack!
